Thank you for shopping with us. This policy outlines the details of our shipping procedures and timelines. All orders are shipped from our facility in Indonesia.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Indonesian public holidays.
You will receive a notification email once your order has been processed and another notification when your order has officially shipped.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL Express.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is typically 5-10 business days, but this can vary depending on the destination country and its customs procedures.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Beachwell is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. We recommend you consult your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Address & Package Issues
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your details carefully before finalizing your order. We are not liable for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once the package is handed over to DHL, all further shipping processes, claims for lost or damaged packages, and delivery arrangements must be managed directly between the customer and DHL. We will provide you with the necessary tracking information to facilitate this process.
